That explanation was very helpful. I wonder if the uniform color will also change in the process now that the logo is lighter. Rumors have it that they will reveal it during the draft but who knows, it might get leaked before that

Hi Dave,
I am a graphic designer and a Huge Dolphin Fan. Nike did infact slightly change the design. The same aqua is present, but they have incorporated a gradient from the agua we know and love to a lighter more vibrant version of the color. This helps create more depth in the figure.

The ticket master logo is probably the result of uploading a CYMK (color processed) file to the internet that runs on RGB (color process). I hope this helps further explain your observation.

Thats fair to say, I think Flynn is a risk because he has only played 2 games. Luckily we have Philbin who has been Flynn all 4 years and he was able to compare him to Aaron Rodgers, who is arguably the best QB in the league, to see how they compare in practice.

I think however Moore would be a great backup plus he is pretty cheap and would be needed if Manning gets injured

thats how i feel. Even when flynn had good games he made poor decisions and his wr's and rb's clearly made a lot of plays that had nothing to do with the qb.

I also think Manning was heads and shoulders above where brees and culpepper were when we were making that decisions.I believe the guy if he says he can throw. Hes never missed a game till this season, why would we doubt him now?

And hes also not your average normal qb at 36.

Hes a future HOF that hasnt had 1 bad season yet for all the negative talk about him being washed up.

I also think Flynn is overrated, one look at the 6 td game will tell you most of those td's werent becuase he was an elite qb.Almost all were blown tackles and assignments or great plays by the wr or rb. Both great games he had came during meaningless games on a superbowl squad.

I say go for manning, even a 75% manning is better then all the fa qb's. And or trade up for rg3. I dont buy were in a bad position to trade up just because the browns have an extra late 1st round pick.We have players to trade Flynn will go to browns or redskins if not a phin.

We should trade Matt Moore, hes going to ride the bench and be a FA next year regardless. Gte a 2nd or 3rd for him now.We never seem to trade players when ts right to get value. Matts moore is at his highest value, and played more then 2 games.

i dont think Manning to skins or cardinals is good, they have putrid offenive lines and very little depth on offense. After Fitz theres nobody for wr's, same with Wells. If Cardinals didnt make that trade last year, they would have been sitting pretty this year. I laughed when I saw several of the national medias mention that the ball is now in Manning's court. Obviously Manning thinks he can start for another few years and earn those incentives. Why would he sign such a contract with the Colts only to be on the bench by season's end at the latest. Then he'd be stuck in a contract. And, the Colts have got to move in another direction. They really do not have a choice.

Let's not be stupid and pretend that Flynn in any way shape or form is a better option than Manning. I realize there is a need for caution with Manning because of the amount of money he is going to command and his health having some question marks but doesnt this remind you too much of the Brees Culpepper decision. Let's not get stuck watching Manning kill the opposition while playing for another team while we fumble around with Flynn and it doesnt work out. We can't handle another bad decision like that.

just 12 games, and how many 4th quarter drives do you remember him putting away?Most of those balls dropped came on hennes watch,yet very few people bring it up in his favor. I think Henne or Moore, probably would have had the same results this season,partly due to lockout and new system. Henne was actually leading all qb's in rushing yards when he got injured.And bess and Marshal were #3 and #1 in nfl in drops before Moore took over, and Bush wasnt sure he was a feature back yet and our defense thought they were the patriots def for the first 6 games.Fasano was forced to play RT and TE at the SAME TIME. I think manning would do very well here.

Flynn wont be cheap,not sure why people think he would be. Either qb takes a large chunk of salary cap.

I have a TON of respect for Manning. His career -- whether he's finished or continues to play -- speaks for itself. With that said, that would be a ton of money for a guy who I don't think we'll even know if he'll be able to throw the ball like an NFL QB by the time free agency rolls around. I'd gamble on a young Flynn or -- not a popular idea...stick with Matt Moore, who once he'd been in the offense for a few weeks overcame his early numbers and ended up the #12 QB in the NFL. That was with our diva receiva dropping 4 balls in the end zone. Given the last option, get a good young QB in Round 1 or 2 to groom.

Agree with Richard, it all depends on how Philbin views Flynn, If the view is positive then Miami will show its hand and i believe go all out for the young QB. I Do not believe Ross will go against his new head coach. A question i have is, can Manning be as productive in a "west coast" type offense? I do not pretend to know the answer. This reminds me of when Minnesota wanted Dan Marino. Dan had very weak legs and it made it hard for him to get to the RB to hand the ball off. MINN as i remember it was willing to design an off that promoted what Marino still was good at. Just like I wonder how Manning would do in Miami, I wonder how will Marino would have done in MINN. In either case (flynn/manning) miami has many needs, I believe if there is not a top 10 player there when miami picks, then they will trade back and take an OFF lineman.....rule #1 protect you biggest investment...rule #2 read rule #1
