what a turd bucket

I heard something this morning about our old dear pal, Nick Saban.  Seems that he was "possibly" interested in coming back to coaching in the NFL if the right situation presented itself. A situation that included a top-notch QB.

Then I heard a quote attributed to him, from September: "If the Dolphins had signed Drew Brees, I'd still be coaching in Miami."

Ummmm.  That ranks right up there as one of the dumbest comments I've heard (from a coach, anyway -  there are plenty of dumb comments in an election year!!!).  It was *his* decision not to sign Brees.  And when he left, he made statements about not liking how he was treated, particularly by the press.  And his wife was making comments about having felt like a prisoner in Miami.

Sure, you would have stayed.  Not.

Seahawks' new tackling style could change NFL

The article is interesting and points out how proper tackling could help concussions.

But something amusing caught my eye. Near the bottom is a graphic that breaks down concussions by team. The Dolphins rank last at 3.3 per season.

I have to figure it's because they don't know how to tackle - at all! You can't get a concussion if you don't tackle! Haha!
