Stability

I was just reading about Mike Tomlin. He's *only* the 3rd coach the steelers have had since 1969, with Chuck Noll and Bill Cowher being the other two.

And they each have reached 90 wins in their careers.

That's amazing.

By the way, the steelers also own the record for wins since the merger in 69, passing the Dolphins a couple of seasons ago.

It makes you wonder where and how the Dolphins went wrong. But most likely it starts with ownership. The steelers are still owned by the same family.

A family which talks about stability as being a hallmark of the franchise.

And in case anyone forgot, Tomlin was interviewed for the coaching vacancy in Miami when Saban left.

Hey Finkle, let's not forget ALSO that Bowles should have got the Dolphins Job too! I was his biggest supporter and everyone thought I was crazy! Lol, he has the jets in the playoff hunt with a journeymen QB! Oh yeah, and his d-coordinator just so happened to be a former Miami Dolphins coach. What does this all mean to you and me? You should have absolutely ZERO confidence that the circus in Davie will actually get the next coach right, whoever it may be....hey Ross! Send out the clowns!.....

I personally want hue Jackson but we will end up with somebody else no doubt

I'd like to see what Hue Jackson could do with Tannehill after seeing what he's done for Andy Dalton. But what we'll actually get is the dumbest possible HC hire...again.

Very true, last year I thought tannehill >dalton but this year the opposite, another Shula wouldn't bother either but.....we'll see
