I Already Told You All!!

I told you all. Hope for Hue Jackson. Our offense STILL sucks as well as our defense. What's surprising is you all talk like you expected them to win today. Did you really expect them to make the playoffs?! LOL. Like I said, hope for Hue Jackson. He is the best and most REALISTIC option we have at season's end. And let's hope he brings new coordinators. LOL, thought they would win, thought they would make playoffs, that's great.....

Nothing will change in the win column for this team until we start a real QB. We have two in the wing, but they refuse to use them. (Logan Thomas & Matt Moore) We must bench or trade tannehill. If we don't, no other changing have(new coaches, coodinators, star players) or will, make a difference on this dolphins team. Remember; everything else has been tried and retried; except benching or trading tannehill. A new QB under center next week will bring about a new spirit in the offense and defense. All of the players like and respect Matt Moore! If the season continues to go like it is; then we should definitely play Logan Thomas. We need to see what he has to offer on game day, so we will know what we need to go after in the draft.

Yeah, you're right. The whole whopping 6 points his offense scored last week against Houston speaks volumes to how good he could be.

Agreed T-Bomb must go i think we should start Moore the rest of tge season cuz it's obvious playing T-Bomb isn't gonna help his growth let's just see if T-Bomb isn't the weak link "im sure of it" he's gotta go Philbin has wore off on him no emotion no drive just average I mean come on 4th year and still playing the way he did as a rookie Jesus christ Ross just realize he's another mistake and move on we've got talent that is gonna go to waste if something isn't done Landry,Matthews,Miller,Ajai these guys are never gonna get used to their full potential with him under center and his outrageous contract is gonna force us to have to lose what talent we do have man I'm so tired of this once great franchise just being the same year after year damn it I'm so fucking tired of it get rid of his ass now!!! 4 years no progress he could have a freight train closing in on him and no pocket awareness he's hit a couple long balls but most the time he's making recievers cut their routes short to come back to the ball he's just not gonna make it as a quarterback in the Nfl cut your losses now miami!!! Play Moore till you find a better option hell he could possibly help us when these last six games got a better chance with him than T-Bomb please stop my suffering

"What's surprising is you all talk like you expected them to win today."

Speak for yourself. Anyone who expect this team to have a chance when it replaced its coach after 4 weeks is fooling themselves. This is all on the team's leadership. At the end of last season, a responsible ownership or front office should of asked itself "is there a chance I would fire the Head Coach after week four?".

And if the answer was "yes", they should have replaced Philbin then and there.

The fact that Philbin wasn't replaced in the off-season shows where the real problem is. This team has serious problems from the top down - and the QB is way down on the list. If the leadership didn't have the skill or insight to do the right thing and realize they had to replace Philbin in the offseason, then the problem starts at the top.

I don't know if Hue Jackson is the answer or not. He kinda stunk in Oakland, but that was Oakland. And with Miami's convoluted power structure, It's likely he will have the same kind of front office issues here. So we may expect more of the same.

I saw a comment from Joe Rose that makes sense - Miami's biggest problem is that it suffers from a lack of a singular vision. From all appearances, the ownership has really screwed up the front office with the various hiring and such.

We need an owner with the nads to fire the entire front office, and then find a real football GM - not some Parcells flunky retread - to install a singular vision. Go out and hire a competent coach, and guy get some players that make sense to build a winning football team. Anything else and we will wallow in frustration, season after season.

How about Mike Shula as our head coach??

I don't have the solutions but I am finally going to admit that RT has no fire, no passion and as smart as he is looks awfully dumb out there sometimes. He continues to underthrow his receivers which has cost us a lot of points and game changing plays. Yes, there have been inexcusable drops but his pocket presence in his 4th year is not much better than his rookie one. SO, my off season list is: A PROVEN or EXPERIENCED HC with a track record of winning, and if we can't get one then keep Campbell but get a new OC and ST coach. Lazur is just a pussy. He backs away from the run too early and too often. Then draft/trade QB, OL, LB & DB. WE do have considerable talent but the play calling is self destructive. Another 10 game season for us fans and I'm so tired of it.

Here is an idea and a name that needs to be considered very seriously for multiple reasons. He has as an impressive resume, he has head coaching experience and he has name recognition. The Dolphins organization needs someone with talent and royal bloodlines...... Mike Shula is doing an amazing job in developing Cam Newton and running the Carolina offense. Can you imagine the immediate impact it would be for the team, the organization and even the fan base?

Gut the whole coaching staff. To much talent to be this bad.

I have to start scrolling past all the Tannehater comments because I'd like to hang on to those IQ points, but he did play like shit yesterday. But if you think swapping the QB out will make us a playoff team, I'm not going to sugar coat it; you're a dumbass. There is no bright spot on this team. Well....maybe Landry, but at this point, he's honestly the only player I care about keeping. This team needs to be torn apart and rebuilt and the nightmare of it all is that it's not going to happen. We are stuck with proven moron, Tannenbaum (probably a miss-spelling, but he isn't worth googling), we are stuck with Tannehill for at least another year or so regardless of whether or not he gets any better, and most importantly, we are stuck with an owner who thought it was okay to keep Philbin for a 4th season and bring that former Jets idiot into town in the first place.

And I didn't think we'd win against Dallas AT ALL. I wasn't even impressed that we beat the Eagles. I wasn't even excited or proud. I didn't even watch that game. I looked at the score later and said "oh look....they actually won a game. I'm shocked." At this point any win is a shocker to me. It's sad to think how vastly better the RAIDERS are than the Fins... the ****ing RAIDERS.

When you are this bad, QB is the least of your concerns. Unless you're a dumbass, of course.

It's gonna be a long ass couple of years guys. I recommend getting into fantasy football, because that's the only reason I get excited over the NFL anymore.

David Apollos, I hate to agree but I am starting to. I have had Tannehills back for a while now, saying he's getting better, yada, yada. But, he really just doesn't seem to have that "it" factor. No pocket presence whatsoever....he holds on to the ball waaaaaay too long. He is not making the good quick decisions....he cost us the game yesterday....single handedly....terrible play all around by the offense....that's his offense, he's the leader and they are the worst offense in the league.

Granted Tannehill has not developed as well as I would have liked this year. He underthrow Landry but Landry still has to make that catch. He dropped it. Tannehill threw a wonderful pass to Stills for the TD to tie the game up.

Lets not forget that we were tied up at 14-14 when the stupid penalties started to mount. The D holding on 3-10 and gave them a new series instead of 3 and out and then Romo goes the distance. So many offensive holding calls that took away first downs too.

That asinine lack of attempt to catch the Kick Off that pinned us at the 4 yard line. And how the hell do we give up a 13 yard gain on a draw when everyone knows the want to run the ball with 6 minutes left.

Right before the half when we scored the TD we had the long gain with 43 seconds on the clock and 2 TOs. Granted we scored anyway from the 12 but why not burn a TO to save 20 seconds and possibly get a couple more plays in just incase we get the first down inside the 2. Losing 20 seconds having your guys sprint down the field is not too smart.

Tannehill had the pick 6 and took a couple sacks too but he is not why we lost. The penalties are killing us guys. Bone head penalties to kill drives or extend theirs when we had them punting plus missing tackles left and right. Taylor's hold are killing us.

Other than Grimes, the D backs got schooled out there. Putting a LB and Safety on Dez Bryant in the Red Zone is ridiculous.

Let me remind everyone that our OL sucks and Tannehill, thank God, is tough enough to stand in there and take the punishment. We could have a much better QB on IR right now because they cannot take the hits Tannehill endures. Jason Fox just plain out stinks and is costing us with all his horrible mistakes.

I would straighten out the O line first then get a new QB later if he still is just above avg. Nobody will trade for him now with his big contract anyway.

The Coach is done. He is leaving. He got out coached and why he punted with almost 7 minutes left down by 10 at mid field is mind boggling. We still had to stop them one more time not matter what.

I like the idea of Mike Shula who has been HC at Alabama and is doing a stand up job at Carolina right now.

Anyone who thinks Moore or Thomas will do better is mentally challenged, does ANYONE on here know how to look at anything else on this team besides the qb??? We are bad across the board but the qb is ALL I read about with most of you

avatar

I would love nothing more than tannehill being our biggest and only problem, would be a easier problem to fix, but fact is its multiple problems with a bad cap situation that I don't know can be fixed soon

Jason, I am glad that you are starting to see the light. I told everyone in 2012 postings that Tannehill would continue to regress each year. I predicted that we would never make the playoffs as long as tannehill is under center. It has proved true for 4 years and counting; even when all we had to do is win one of our final two games in 2013 to make the playoffs. Tannehill blew both games and threw 8 interceptions. I GUARANTEE that if Matt Moore finishes out the season, everything will fall into place and WE WILL ,MAKE THE PLAYOFFS! If we see tannehill running out on the field next Sunday; it will mean that the season is officially OVER!

`If Tom Brady was our QB and had to overcome all the holding calls this OL provides, you all would think he was trash also...
