Seriously ??

Based on this article by Greg Cote http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/spt-columns-blogs/greg-cote/article41792514.html

a win my Miami would be a mild surprise ? can Miami get any respect ? they destroy two teams and all the media says is well look at the records of those two teams.  Are these not NFL teams ? records aside, Miami dismantled them and still get no respect.  The way the media works unless your Dallas, New England or the Packers you get no love, but a whole lot of excuses on why your playing well.  I understand it's two games, I understand there is a lot of work to be done but don't tell me if we beat New England it won't be a surprise to everyone because all the picks I heard have the Patriots winning and even if we win the media will run with " well look how they won, they struggled, they didn't play well the Patriots played bad etc... You will never win with media praise unless you are the 3 teams above.

I think the Dolphins are going to earn some respect tonight. Win or lose, it'll be competitive. They are playing way more physically than the Pats right now and last week the Jets almost won with physical play. But unlike the Fins, the Jets still suck at the QB position. I think the Dolphins will play the Pats better than the Jets did.

This will not be a blow-out. Belichick said he respects the Fins. Well his players better respect them too.

I have been a life long Dolphins fan and have seen them never get any respect from the media and all the pundits. I like how Dan Campbell is waiting on them to give respect he is demanding his players take it! Live and play with an edge!

I hate to admit this, but I just can't see them pulling this off for a wide variety of reasons: Short week, cold weather, and our O-line's pass protection are top concerns. Nonetheless, if we can't win then let it be competitive, hard-fought. But if we win, this is definitely a huge watershed moment-type of victory that should cause everyone in the NFL to stop and pause...

I'm not saying we win Jose', but it's 70 degrees in Boston and the Pats o-line isn't in good shape right now. I agree that this game would change how the Phins are viewed by the NFL.

Those pundits won't hope on our bandwagon until we get into the playoffs. And who could blame them.
