Mawahahaha

Everyone (even me - to a point) was optimistic about the Dolphins.  And yeah, it was a so-so performance last week.

How quickly things change. This week, the team looked gawd awful.  The writers for the Sentinel all had the Fins winning easily, and predicted the Jags only scoring 6,7,10, or 13 points. And I think most fans were on board.

Except you can't look past anyone in the NFL.  Sure, the score was close.  But the Dolphins were another level of boring. They were downright pathetic.

The one positive you can take away from today?  Suh showed up on the stat sheet with his first tackle!  That's millions for a single tackle.  Awesome.

And when you look across the field at Blake Bortles, you realize what a good quarterback with an enormous upside looks like.  In other words, he's not Tanne-kill.

And so at 1-1, remember its only 14 more weeks until the Dolphins will go after the next head coach.

Hahahaha Finkle!

Jags have been sacked more than any team In the league going back to last season. 5 sacks last week Alone. How many did our bad ass D Line have? 0!

Coyle should have been fired this offseason like we all thought was gonna happen. That guys is pathetic.

Hopefully there will be some good coaches on the market after week 17!

We have to wait till AFTER week 17????? = (

I agree with Lawrence, this is all coaching. The team is playing below its potential. We need a coach like Beliicheat, a dude that knows if you aren't cheating, you aren't trying. Think of what this team would be like if the coaches knew the other teams play before it was even called.

no one disputes the awful effort all around but the one guy you really cant pin this on is Tannyhill.

Look at Rex Ryan, the bills have arguably the worst team in the division but they beat the colts and lost to the pats by only 8 points after Brady passed for 466 yards. Why? BECAUSE HE IS A GOOD COACH! Imagine him coaching this Dolphins roster?! I honestly hope we miss the playoffs this year so Philbin gets fired. It's not worth making it to keep him around for an extra year or two. This team is not consistent and there is no reason it shouldn't be

I blame Philbin and Coyle. Look at the progress that Lazor's offense made all of last year and this year! The offense is playing great in my opinion, and that with a horrible offensive line.

Coyle's defense? Got worse as the year went on last season. This year with a MUCH IMPROVED ROSTER? Worse than last year. Coyle has to go. Some coaches don't have "it" and Coyle is one of them

This team went to Jacksonville and played the first half like they had already won the game. When a team plays like that, it's all coaching!!! I have been saying all along "how the hell is Coyle still there"!!!!!!!! Philbin inspires no one!! The Bills are gonna crush us! Where is our vaunted defense??? When we were a 3-4 defense we were better! No one ran on us. This 4-3 shit defense sucks. Coyle and Philbin must go! teams are still running on us! If I were coaching, Vernon would hit the showers and then would find a way home away from the team! What a dumb ass!

Coyle used zero. ABSOLUTELY ZERO pressure in his fronts today. This guy is a HORRIBLE coach along with vanilla Joe Philbin.

Tannehill's numbers were not bad but the offense has scored 3 TD's in 8 quarters and that's not going to cut it. The offensive line, LB's and secondary were concerns coming in to the season and have only gotten worse. Terrible leadership, terrible coaching, terrible ownership. Money doesn't buy wins, just ask the guy in Washington.

Buffalo lost at home ! and no it wasnt that close

I saw one blitz today. I don't want to hear how great Tannehill's stats are if they don't translate to wins! Why we couldn't get Mathis when we had the chance. Our offensive line sucks again. Bills will crush Tanny. The Jaguars??? How embarrassing!!

You should quit.. your performance ranks lower than than what we saw on the field including the poor officiating. As Donald would say " Your fired "

avatar

Suh has been a poor return for the investment, but the whole NFL saw that coming. Well, I guess everyone except the Dolphins. Juwan James was thrown around like a rag doll, and he's a first rounder. Vernon locked a win for the Jags with his penalty late in the game, therefore he was pretty much a 12th man for the other team in the 4th quarter. Looks like the whole team was to blame, WHICH MEANS the coach and front office are to blame.

poor performance 2weeks in a row definitely falls on the head coach...i hope Ross has the nads to can quesy after London if we lose next 2 games

#FireCoyle If he can't figure out how to use the tools he has then he doesn't deserve to be a coach.

The ONLY players who looked good yesterday were Tannehill, Landry, and maybe Jordan Cameron. Nothing about the defense looked even remotely good and the offensive line couldn't open up holes for the running game at all. You can't blame one bit of this on Tannehill. He played like a winning QB yesterday and when you throw for over 350 yards, 2 (impressive) TDs, and no picks, you should be able to count on the other players to get it together and do their jobs.

If you were to look at QB stats without looking at scores, you would think for sure that Tannehill was one of the winning QBs yesterday. But he wasn't because literally every other player on the field not named Jarvis had his head up his ass. It makes me sick. How can a team with this much talent play like a cup cake team? We have problems all over the field on both sides of the ball. It makes no sense.

We have EVERYTHING we need to be a SB team.....except a HC and DC, apparently.

Also, as furious as I am, I'm not giving up on this team yet. I remember back in 2008. I had pretty much given up on them and left for the military. Since I was in basic training, I didn't get access to any kind of news or media until week 14, when our TI brought in a newspaper strip with division standings listed. When I looked at it and saw Miami's record, I was astounded at how much they had turned it around.

We have the talent to do that again this season. But it's going to have to be the players that make it happen. Players like Wake, Suh, Grimes, etc. are going to have to step up and lead this team to a defensive identity first. That, as usual, is the problem. No identity. Obviously, the DC lacks any ability to do that, so the players are just going to have to figure it out. I'd love to see Coyle fired at a minimum, but I'm not going to panic in week 2. Lets see how we play the Bills at home...

Who blames Tannehill?

Now it is reported that Suh is "freelancing". What? This team seems like an undisciplined mess. If the coaching staff's only recourse is to run to the media when one its most talented player isn't on the same page, then this team has some serious leadership problems. This starts and ends at the coach staff.
