Wallace Vs Queasy.

What is all this debate about Ross and Queasy not knowing what to do with Wallace ? What is Joe Q trying to build here a team of scraps and replacements ? You CAN'T throw one of the most dangerous players away because you can't or don't want to deal with him.  In Wallace's defense he's shut his mouth the last two years and hasn't complained as much as other NFL diva wide receivers.  He adapted and changed his game.  Forgive him for wanting to show off his talents wanting to do what he knows he can do and what made him an elite receiver and a top free agent.  I just don't understand why this team no matter what regime it is keeps unloading good talent, Bush, Davis, Smith, Marshall and now Wallace is up in the air.  It's dysfunction at it's best and it doesn't seem to get any better no matter what coach or what system comes in it's just dysfunction from the top! You want Tannehill to get better but your going to drop a dynamic player who can make him better if used correctly.  I just don't get it, does parting ways with Wallace really make this team better ? Here is a solution, why doesn't Queasy suck up his ego, and learn to coach talent ! instead of doing what he does best chicken out and when it gets tough and attitudes rise, he shrivels up and throws them overboard.  Wallace will leave and go to another team and be dominant.  Then we will sit here and wonder why we can't get top talent to our team.  The answer is we have had top talent, this organization just doesn't know how to handle them.

I disagree. We can't afford to keep him. If we don't cut him now his contract will cripple for the next couple years. You could make a case that he's worth it if he was putting up Calvin Johnson numbers. It's one thing to overpay someone a little to get them but his cost is about double what it should be. He is easily replaced in FA or draft, Cut him now,

Keep him and deal with it like a Man, at least for this year. I get the feeling Philbin is the worst Coach in the NFL. His leadership that is, I'm sure he's a nice guy.

If Wallace isn't happy making $10 Million a year then no coach can make him happy.

How much crap would you take for $10 Million a year? How many slants and square outs and crossing patterns would you run for $192,307 per week?

Shut your hole and play football. He could always bag groceries.

He doesn't always try. Every pro should do so money aside.

I would complain too if Philbin was coaching me...Philbin and Ross don't want to win-- they are happy to be mediocre year after year.!! They actually expect us fans to accept losing with a smile on our face and assure us things will be better next year....It appears to me that Wallace actually wants to win and that upsets Captain Philbin...!

If the fans picked the team, could they do any better? Only Green Bay has that option.

This fan refuses to give Philbin the benefit of the doubt. All the pieces are in place for a repeat performance. This team will have to show its disappointed fans that they've turned the corner and deserve unbridled enthusiasm. Until Philbin changes his stripes, this fan remains skeptical.

Landry, Miller both shine in part because of Wallace. Wallace and Landry are what you build the team around. Hartline/Gibson I believe will be the odd men out and new blood brought in....While I believe a DT will be the first round pick to help the secondary, I would not be surprised if 2 WR are drafted later in the draft...

N-one was nicer than Cam Cameron as a person, but this is about being a Hc. Philbin is worse than Cameron.

Since Philbin has showed us

1. the offense now scores points
2. the is the ability to come from behind
3. Half time adjustments that work
4. Draft picks that make an all rookie team
5. A QB that can stay healthy, have over 20 TD's and QB rating over 90= WOW
6. one of the least penalized teams in football...Shula like
7. Does not allow the emotion swings of fans get in the way of what needs to be done to change this team into a real team
8. Put motion into the offense, very fun to watch
9. Willing to change his personal approach in the locker room
10. proves how you can have a 1000 yard rusher with below ave blockers in a zone blocking system
