Maybe It Wasn't All Sherman's Fault...

Time to push the P-A-N-I-C button.

THIRTEEN FIRST HALF POINTS ALL YEAR!

P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C

This Chiefs team was decimated by injuries at key positions and the Dolphins came out and SUCKED.

Fire everyone. Hit the reset button. Call Pee-Wee Herman, he definitely cannot be worse than what we currently have. 13 first half points in 3 games is coaching. NO EXCUSES!

Good luck in London next week Miami! You are gonna need it!!!

As I said in week 1; Tannehill is the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said after week one, that Tannehill is going to get all of our offensive stars injured with his awkward passes. Last week I said one down(Mereno) and 5 to go. This week 2 down(Hartline) and 4 to go. We will be down to all backups in a few more games. The coaches deserve everything that Tannehill has to offer for proceeding with stupidity! Tannehill does not have it folks and the whole team knows it; this is why they cannot put their all into the game as long as he is at the helm. (INSANITY) (OCCULT?)

I guarantee, if Tannehill is starting next week against the Raiders, we will loose that game too! As I said before the season started, if tannehill starts this season, we will be 0-4 at the bye. Well, thanks to Mereno, instead we will be 1-3!

all those dropped balls are not Tannehill's fault! Calling passing plays when Miller is averaging 6 yds per carry. This is the slowest hurry-up offense ever!

@David Apollos: Agree, Tannehill is not the answer. No more excuses. Time to move on

@mattbatt: Dropped passes are not Tannehill's problem, I agree with you in that. Is his horrible pocket presence his problem? His inaccuracy down field? No more excuses for him.

Not to mention that Tannehill is going to get an important player injured every game; mark my WORD!

The receivers are dropping the passes because they do not want to play with Tannehill any more. They know that he is the problem despite what Philbin has to say to them. They both should be dismissed RIGHT NOW! (Last year actually) The defense has shown that they can shut down any team but they are not going to keep shutting down offenses just for Tannehill to give it right back to the opposition.

I don't know how to fix the offense but I know that it's not ALL Tannehill's fault. We were this fast offense of Bill Lazor all off season and its just as plodding and slow as last year. at the end of the half they wasted 20 seconds wandering to the line and settled for a field goal! Matt Moore is not the answer either BTW.

well the dolphins just lost a lifelong fan today tired of believing tired of being optimistic and definitely tired of losing

As I said I the post. This team flat out sucks. Let's not sugar coat this.

Tannehill isn't getting it done. I've been trying to support him but I'm losing faith. He's by far not the only problem though. Coaching is the issue and as this title says, it might not have been Sherman. It's starting to look more and more like Mike Sherman was a scapegoat so Philbin could stay. Yesterday they abandoned the run even though Miller was finally performing as advertised and had a 100+ yd game. They were passing on 2nd and 1 and 3rd and 1.

David Apollos I get your frustration but what you're saying makes no sense. Tannehill isn't getting major players injured first of all. Moreno went down on a simple run play where he fell awkwardly. If that was Tannehill's fault then there are a lot of QBs getting their RBs hurt. I suppose McCoy getting hurt yesterday was Foles' fault? I understand that RT still isn't throwing accurately enough, but he's still under a ton of pressure. Also there's no way the WRs are dropping it on purpose. They are professionals and they're not going to throw the whole season away in week 3. I don't care who their QB is. I want some kind of proof before I'm going to believe that. The WRs have shown nothing but support for Tannehill in interviews. Again I understand your frustration but lets not kid ourselves; the way this team is playing, they'd be an 8-8 team with 2013 Peyton Manning at the helm.

So I've gone from pretty sure Tannehill is the guy in Miami to starting to believe he's not. But I'm still not sold either way and won't be until we:
1. PROTECT HIM?!! 4 sacks against the Chiefs....REALLY? This OL is still a catastrophe. No QB could play well behind it.
2. Coach better. STOP.....ABANDONING.....THE RUN......YOU IDIOTS. I really don't think I can say it anymore clearly.

If these 2 things don't start to happen and if we lose to the Raiders then just hang it up boys. We're done here.

@JeremyandJessica Branham: Just an FYI, the Chiefs gave up 4 sacks as well and Alex Smith posted a passer rating of 136. They also have 10 sacks on the year opposed to Miami's 9. Miami also won the turnover battle 2-0, they were at home, the Chiefs were without their best 3 players in Charles, Johnson, & Berry and they still found a way to lose. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Oh I'm not making excuses. I'm just showing how I think the blame should be distributed. It's not all on the QB. But no one did much good in the game. I guess if there is one positive it's that Jenkins played well again....but that's about it.
