Lamar Miller Needs To Go

While watching the game against the Bills, it's clear that Miami does not deserve to win this game and they probably won't. It is also clear that Lamar Miller is horrible. He has no vision and cannot run effectively and HE CANT CATCH THE DAMN BALL! He has flat out dropped 2 perfectly placed passes from Ryan Tannehill that should have resulted in first downs. The first one may have even resulted in a TD instead of a field goal. Horrible showing from the Dolphins, ESPECIALLY, Lamar Miller. Damien Williams had a good showing and should move ahead of Miller on the depth chart or at least we can hope...

I agree, miller is only getting a little over 4 yards per carry today!!! at least 5 yards per carry or send them to NE

YPC don't mean nothing unless you can come through in the clutch! Miller obviously cannot...

because he dropped a punt? made bad pass? does not create a turnover? has good hands? missed tackles?

No, because he simply cannot catch a pass. As I stated in the article, it was not a good showing by anyone, but particularly bad by Miller. He has had years to progress and he does not. Time for him to go

Wrong player. Tanny needs to go. He stifles the offense w inability to throw long. He makes opposing defenses defend a shorter field bc they have absolutely no respect for ability to hit long pass. L miller is backup running. We know this. Last week was a mirage bc our defense dominated and we were able to run the ball. Tanny will never be more then a servicable qb. Never a franchise qb...

Miller is change if pace back. Yes he dropped some balls. Everybody drops balls at times.

Not many guys had a good game today. We weren't going undefeated. It is only one loss. Let's not all panic and overreact.

We need to get Moreno back asap.

as far as Tanny goes...(IMO) it will take 5/6 games of poor play before they bench him...Because Tanny is the last GM's pick, benching him could extend this current coach/gm time by as much as 2 years. Is that enough to turn this team into NE south?

Wouldn't you rather have Damien Williams come in to relieve Moreno? I would...

Just an FYI to all, Moreno expected to miss 4-8 weeks with dislocated elbow

RT isn't this GM's pick. He was Jeff Ireland's pick. So there's no GM loyalty. RT is starting because he is their best QB. And this loss was not his fault. In fact, he didn't even play that bad. He didn't throw any picks until the end of the game and he was at least trying to get some points and make the score more respectable. RT played okay, but the OL looked as bad as their last meeting with Buffalo. They allowed 4 sacks and RT had pressure on him all day.

Miller is awful. Period. He can't run, he can't catch. He can't block. He isn't good at anything. Williams played better and should see more touches. Our defense didn't play well. The Bills were able to do the one thing that they SHOULD NOT have been able to do against us: Beat us through the air. Also, special teams=garbage. The Spiller kick return was 100% unacceptable.

But by far, the worst performance of the day was by Joe Philbin. At the end of the first half, down by nine, with possession, all 3 timeouts, and over 2 minutes to go, Philbin chose to run the clock out. When they interviewed him and halftime he basically flat out told them that he chose to run the clock out because of how terrible the offense had played. So basically he made it clear that he had no faith in the offense. No offense is going to gain confidence in the locker room and play better in the second half knowing that their coach doesn't even believe in them. There was no energy in the team and that's because the coach failed to inject any energy into them. So if you're blaming Tannehill, you didn't watch the game.
