For The Love Of God, Fire Darren Rizzi Already!

When will enough be enough?

When will Philbin realize we need new leadership on our special teams?

Shouldn't the special teams' performance against Buffalo be enough?

Blocked punt. Fumbled punt. Kick off return for a TD.

That sounds like enough to me.

I know I have not been a big fan of Special Teams Coordinator Darren Rizzi. I had seen enough special teams' gaffes last year to support letting him go.

This last game's display should be the last straw.

I, for one, certainly hope so.

Phins Up!!!

Our Defence gave up 5 field goals even with the bad position they we're put in, not bad. Our not so special teams gave up 2 touchdowns, very unspecial. Can't afford to do that.

I hear you Patrick.

Am I the only one who wants them to kick it out of the end zone on every kickoff? Let's just start on the 20. We rarely if ever pin them back behind the 20. Also Dan Carpenter is still looking better than Caleb has ever looked. I'm still trying to figure out why they fired Carpenter.

Rizzi can't make Kelvin Shepard stay in his lane during kick-off. He can't block for Damian Williams. He can't catch for Jarvis Landry. It's hard to run sp teams with a team with an un-settled roster. Losing Don Jones, Dion Jordan, Marcus Thigpen, and others make it difficult to ensure each player has been properly trained to do the job. This is not on Rizzi.

Victor, I understand about the roster but we have had blunders for the past two years from snaps bouncing off the holders facemask to gunners running out of bounds and then being the first t touch the ball negating a 70 yard punt to you name it.

For those mistakes mentioned above, there needs to be more discipline to eliminate the mental mistakes of leaving your lane or not blocking the right guy. There are just too many mental mistakes in this unit.

Rizzi, flat out, is not getting the proper performance out this unit and so we need to get someone else in who can.

No excuses, just results!!

Mattblatt, you are not alone.
