Should Ireland be fired if Miami gets to the Playoffs?

I am trying to understand this hatred for Ireland.  I actually like the current product.

So, should Ireland be fired this year even if Miami goes 9-7, makes the playoffs, but loses the first playoff game?

My vote is absolutely not!  1 for No!

Should Joe Philbin be fired under the same circumstances?

Should Tannehill throw for less than 20 TDs and he throws double digit INTs, should we dump Ryan?

He ain't getting fired unless we completely implode and go 2-14 or he gets arrested.
Ross is pretty high on him. The experts are not as critical of him as the callers to the radio stations down there. I haven't heard any bad critiques of our draft picks or free agent signings.
Since he is lame duck right now, Ross doesn't have to fire him. He can simply let the contract run out . Why no extension? Good question for which I have no answer. I guess Ross is willing to risk no one else pursueing Ireland when his contract winds down.
For all we know, Ireland may not have wanted to sign an offer from Ross and may want to see what he can get on the open market or at a favorite franchise of his instead.
I vote NO to firing Ireland no matter what happens this year.
