Hard Knocks in my opinion does the following things:
- Helps to hype up the season and maybe raise ticket sales
- Helps change fans' perceptions of Jeff Ireland
- Changes media opinion of the team (ESPN and NFL Network) as they see new emerging players who they other wise might not be aware of
- Makes Philbin a household name
- Makes sure players don't take plays off during drills because of the cameras
- Players will have fun with the show
- It's just great for fans to watch and makes us like players more and more and will just be a must watch for fans
