One item I missed in the CBA post I made a few days ago

There was one item I overlooked in the previous post: that the NFL wants to sweeten its deal with the networks to increase revenue.

How?  They want to have more nationally televised games, including a Thursday night game each night during the NFL season.

Whether that's a good idea or not remains to be seen - something about too much of a good thing?  - but its an interesting notion...
