Dirt Infield

For those of you wondering about the dirt infield....

The last Marlins game is on Sunday October 3rd.

So it WILL still be there for this Sunday's game, and almost certainly for the Patriots game on Monday, the 4th, because they can't turn the field around that quickly.

    thanks for posting a non-story /non-topic.

    great stuff, as usual..

  3. Thank goodness and good riddance. I remember when the Marlins went to the world series in 2003, how actively I kept rooting against them. "Lose to the Cubs!" "Ok, at least get swept in the World Series so we have time to get the infield covered for the Patriots game!"

No, they took it to six games. So we had to play on the infield against the Patriots. And we missed what should have been an easy field goal to win the game in regulation - off of the infield dirt. And the Pats won in overtime. And we went 10-6 and missed the playoffs by one game.

    F-U and goodbye infield!!!

  4. Hard to forget that Patriots game!

  5. Now as for the haters, the fact that you are BITCHING about Bitchin' Dave is really funny to me!!!
