Interesting comment

First off, I'm not much for pro basketball.  I enjoyed it at one point in time, but its become very much of a me-first sport...I have turned down free tickets on several occasions.

I was listening to sports talk earlier today, and a caller was suggesting that the signing of Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosch in Miami was "exciting" and made the Heat relevant; and that if they signed LeBron as well, the Heat would be more relevant than the Dolphins.

And I thought that was quite the audacious claim.  What do you guys think?  Its certainly more splashy and flashy than anything the Dolphins have done in the last few seasons.  Okay, they did sign Brandon Marshall, but that was handled so quietly by comparison...

miami media always looking for a way to put the dolphins down, they are a joke.

Only more relevant for anyone who cares about Basketball. For a Dolfan there could never be anything more relevant than the Dolphins. As the song goes, "Miami has the Dolphins the greatest football team..."

The whole idea with the Dolphins is to win quietly. Just a bunch of no name, lunch pail, tough, smart, low key, motivated, no nonsense guys. Kind of like the '72 team actually. I'll take it. Let the glitz go somewhere else.

Miami will always love the Dolphins 1st.. basketball is only a five against five and if the heat signs Lebron woaa.. 60% of their starting players will be hall of famers

I would like to know who that was so I could slap the shhhtuff out of them. I like basket ball but in know way does it compare to football. There is nothing greater than the Dolphins and the Dolphins will always be Miami's greatest team.
