ESPN ran an article about the implicit trust Ross has in Parcells. In a nutshell, he tells Bill to do what he needs to. Heck, there's a salary cap (or was, now its a guideline), and who he chooses to spend money on is a football decision.
But the interesting part was this nugget:
Ross can refrain from meddling because Forbes recently ranked the Manhattan real-estate developer the 277th wealthiest man on the planet with an estimated net worth of $3.4 billion.
So, I say to Mr. Ross: build your own roof! And don't ask me to contribute.
