Ricky Williams on numerology

According to published reports..
Williams decided to wear No. 27 over his trademark No. 34, a switch denied
by
the NFL because of the merchandising value of No. 34. Williams noted that
nine
is considered the 'perfect number' in numerology and 27 is a multiple of
nine.

Dave would like to pay his respects to Craig "Ironhead" Heyward who passed on this week.

Ironhead will also be remembered as one of the most amazing talents I have ever seen. Though his NFL career was short and somewhat unremarkable, it was his personality that most remember...who can forget the bodywash commercial "But, Ironhead, what about the shower thingee?"

And as for college, I still remember him running roughshod over a JJ coached defense at the U of Miami, and I can't forget the game against Penn State in which he literally took over the game.
