Not quite

CBS Sportline graded the 1999 draft thusly:
Minnesota B
Comment: This draft is an "A" if Vikings don't reach for Michigan State DE Dimitrius Underwood in the first round -- 29th overall. Before that, Denny Green used the 11th pick on his QB of the future: Central Florida's Daunte Culpepper. Trading up with Pittsburgh in the second round (59th to 44th), Green snagged North Dakota TE Jim Kleinsasser. But the best part of this draft is Culpepper-to-Randy Moss, a passing combination for the next decade.
...Or at least for the next 4 years [Dave's edit]
